I spent a good amount of time searching for bathroom renovators and had a few quotes before reading Perfect Circle Bathrooms reviews online. I'm so glad I chose these guys.....Nick said he would treat the bathroom like it was his own.....end result is one very happy customer.....he was full of great ideas and the end product and finish is superb.....work finished on time and team were true professionals. At our first meeting, Nick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely interested in my needs and ideas. Indeed, our working relationship became a true collaboration with Nick as interested and invested in the project as I was. I had my own ideas which he incorporated into the design where possible and put forward his own solutions when not. Every single one of his ideas was an improvement and added to the final outcome. I am disabled and needed a wet room that worked for me - Nick was outstanding and listened and responded when I required specific things here, there or at a certain height. I gave them a key and they looked after my home like it was their own - nothing was too much trouble and Nick was always available either on the phone or willing to come over. I was nervous at the start simply because having people working on your home can be difficult. I needn't have worried. Nick and his team converted our en-suite to a wet room with shower. We were so impressed with the results we then had him back to refurbish the family bathroom. That result was equally impressive. Nick is very reliable in terms of punctuality and getting the job finished. He and his team work very cleanly - covering carpets and stairs each day then vacuuming up at the end of the day, leaving zero mess. As we had 2 bathrooms to do and are quite far from where they normally work Nick and Tom stayed in a local hotel during the weekdays and they were always in working at least 9-5 mon-fri. Neither of our bathrooms were hugely straightforward. The first started as a large cloakroom (small bathroom sized) and they did a fantastic job making this a fully usable bathroom. This involved significant work as the drain was set in concrete and needed to be moved. The other one was simpler. We're really pleased with the workmanship etc and have all the certs for electrical work at job completion. Standard of workmanship is great and attention to detail brilliant. Don Pollacco   |     |
